Objective:
Nowadays, demands from customers for immediate delivery of value are more intensive. Staying competitive in the market and keeping market share growing is very important for business. Agile is one of the solutions to deliver products and projects faster with customer value focus. To ensure that participants really understand Agile and be able to apply Agile in their real-life project, the course is designed to hand on Agile practice with numerous workshops.
